Students will begin watching the movie, Renaissance Man. This movie deals with the transformation of characters and leads into our Shakespearean Unit. A character sheet will be completed as we watch the movie.

Begin reading Chapter 10 of Alas Babylon. Answer questions as we read.

Continue watching the movie.

Work day for research paper. Hand in 5 articles: 3 for your topic and 2 against your topic, works-cited page by Friday. Also, work on resumes.

Wednesday
|
Finish watching the movie. Character sheets will be due at the conclusion of the movie. Complete journal entry - Explain how you feel about the movie and how it relates to the concept of transformation.

SSR - Read for 30 minutes and complete a summary sheet.

Research paper work time. Collect 5 articles: 3 in favor of your topic and 2 against your topic. Copy them off and complete a Works-Cited page.- due today.
